We do not charge for application and offer pre-approval before looking at an apartment. We require a security deposit, which is equal to one months rent. When you submit a security deposit on an apartment, it holds the apartment for you for 3 business days and within those 3 days, if you decide you don’t want the apartment, the security deposit is refundable.
