Those lucky people with excellent judgement who choose Oak Brook Commons as their residence know how comfortable it is to live here. One & two bedroom apartments surrounded by country views of beautiful green and exquisite flowers, all conveniently private yet so close to restaurants, shopping and markets. I, Rick Kelsey and Marilyn Hunter have been so comfortable in our two bedroom apartment that seems like our own little house with so much space. The area is nestled in privacy, quiet and respectful. The staff is always there to keep up the grounds and take care of all our details from plowing to repairing every thing one needs. It gives a family-like feeling to have this security and feel safe. I personally invite you to come and observe where your next living space will be. You will feel at home here at Oak Brook Commons.

Amazing place to work & the residents are the best!

My family and I have moved into the oakbrook commons apartment complex a few years ago. All staff here is very good to us and always have smile to us when we go in. Oakbrook is such a wonderful home for us and we very thankful to be here. Such good people here.

My husband, daughter and I have been here for two years and absolutely love it!!!! From the wonderful staff to the attentive maintenance. This has been nothing but a positive experience from A-Z. The complex definitely has curb appeal as well. Many of our friends, family and co-workers have commented on how clean and well maintained it always looks year round. A few of the many big pluses are: we feel safe, the roads and walkways are cleaned in a more than timely manner during winter months and the development is very quiet. A wonderful place to call home indeed!!!

My husband and I have been living here for five years and have been nothing but pleased with the apartment and staff. They are very responsive to any and all needs that arise – often responding the same day with maintenance requests! We have no plans to leave in the near future and would highly recommend this community to others.

I lived at Oak Brook for quite a few years until we moved into our house and I will tell you this from jumping to different apartment complexes around Clifton Park, there is no better maintenance department than those guys, any problem was handled fast-you can’t deny that! It has very upscale residents and towards the last year of living there, I felt comfortable enough to leave my door unlocked. The only complaints I did have was every 6 months they came in to do an inspection and when you give notice, they show your apartment all the time but I would recommend anyone to rent there. It was my best apartment experience and wished I would have moved in sooner.

Oakbrook is a great community with great neighbors . My daughter and I feel safe here. It looks beautiful even in the winter months and they do an excellent job keeping the roads cleared for me to get to work & daughter to school. I can’t express how greatful I am to the maintenance staff here, everything I’ve needed has been taken care of and I’ve never felt like I am a bother to them. If you are considering living here then you are making an excellent choice.

Oak Brook Commons is the best place to live in the capital region. 5 star maintenance, grounds AND office staff. I couldn’t think of any spot for improvements. Neighbors are great and community is safest in the area. Couldn’t ask for anything better, absolutely love this place!
