My wife and I rented at Oakbrook Commons for three years and when the time came for us to buy a house we were truly saddened to leave the community at Oakbrook. The entire team from front office to maintenance crew is friendly and professional. The apartments themselves are of great quality , we very rarely heard any noise from neighbors and the apartments are well built and any maintenance issues over the years were handled quickly and with a smile. I would not hesitate to rent here again or recommend anyone else I know to do so.

The maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, and every request I’ve made has been handled fast. I’m happy here!

I moved here in April ’17 and cannot be more pleased. I looked around at many different apartments and in many different locations (including Saratoga) and I know without a doubt I made the right choice. I was previously in a large home with a lot of property and Oakbrook commons feels like a home to me, not an apartment. My apartment is spacious, bright, and has just the right touches (like crown molding) to make it feel luxurious. And my storage area is not to be believed!! The setting is beautiful, quiet, wooded, clean, well maintained and all of the staff is superb! It is a very warm and welcoming community. I recommend it highly!!

My husband and I recently moved into Oak Brook Commons. We looked and visited apartments, townhouses, private dwellings for months, both new and older construction. When we drove into Oak Brook Commons we knew we wanted to be a part of this community. We moved into our apartment mid September 2017 and absolutely love it here. Oak Brook’s Owner, Leasing staff, Book keeping, and Maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Our new apartment is much bigger, classier, brighter and less rent than the complex we moved from and we really believe we have found our forever home. If you are relocating please look at Oak Brook Commons in Clifton Park, you won’t be sorry.

I love this place. I am moving after only a year to be closer to family but this place is AMAZING. Apartment is bright and clean. Staff is wonderful. Answering questions via phone or email, shoveling, plowing, watering plants, mowing, they are all so pleasant and work very hard. The residents plant additional flowers and they are amazing. If you drive through on a winter night with a dusting of snow the street lights make you feel like you have been taken back in time. It’s a “park like” setting. You are 5 minutes from everything yet you are in a wooded area. I can’t say enough about this place. You need to come see for yourself. Kudos to you Mr. Hoffman, keep up the good work and thank you for a wonderful year.

Oak Brook Commons is the best Place to live in the capital district. Everyone that works here takes pride in their work. Having met Valerie, Amanda, Eddie & Tony, they are all pleasant, warm, friendly & Professional! When I made a request it was taken care of right away. I highly recommend this location, they go above and beyond!

We moved in 3 weeks ago and are extremely happy we did!! The apartments are bright, spacious and has plenty of storage. The staff from office to maintenance to lawn crew etc are above and beyond amazing. We can’t believe how maintenance and worry free living here really is. We definitely made the right choice moving here!

Lived here for 5+ years, while not the cheapest apartment, you certainly get a ton of value for your money. Large, spacious, clean apartments with open floor plans. Maintenance is very prompt and staff is friendly. The grounds are beautiful especially in Summer.

Moved in a few months ago and I really love it here. Maintenance guys are fast and super friendly, as is the staff. Apartments are well maintained. Great experience so far.
