We feel compelled to write to tell you how absolutely rewarding and enjoyable it has been to have spent the past nine years as residents of Oak Brook Commons. We cannot think of one instance where we felt taken advantage of or undervalued. We have always believed that Chuck Hoffman hired and trained only people who observed the Oak Brook Common’s goal of treating its residents with respect, courtesy and friendliness. Whether it was office, maintenance or grounds staff, we always got that welcoming smile and a desire to provide excellent service. As winter residents of Florida, we always came back to a warm apartment and a welcoming environment. No one will find a better apartment complex to live in. We have only good things to say about Oak Brook Commons.

My husband and I moved to Oak Brook Commons after owning a home for over 42 years. We love this place! Everyone is so helpful and the landscaping and flowers are beautiful. Thanks so much for making Oak Brook feel like home.

Once again I have to commend you on the great job you do keeping the roads and parking lots clear. Even though it has been a wild winter you work from early morning right through the day and if necessary all night! Thank you so much.

To the Maintenance Team- We would like to extend our deepest appreciation for the outstanding job you have been doing with the snow removal this winter. We have taken one hit after another and you continue to stay on top of it. Thanks to your efforts, we have not had any trouble leaving for work at our normal time and for this we are very grateful.
