This coming year will be our 10th year at Oak Brook. There have been many changes in buildings and people, but the core community feeling is the same thanks to people like Betsy, Valerie, Chuck, Ed and Joe to name a few. Thanks for making our apartment feel like our home.

I would like to thank you all for accommodating us in Oak Brook Commons. It was a really nice stay for us. Office people were very approachable and kind to support us. Oak Brook service department and outdoor workers are awesome, especially in the winter snow removal process. Many times they were working the whole night to clear the way for us. I really want to thank all of you!

Mr. Hoffman, all the best to you and your family for the up- coming year-2015. The new building looks so great-we watched from start to finish and it was something to watch. I moved to Oak Brook Commons three years ago and I love it.. The Office Staff and Maintenance crew are top notch. Whenever I call with a concern it is taken care of within 24 hours if not sooner. The Landscaping is beautiful and the guys do a fantastic job with the snow removal. The apartments are the best in the area. They apartments are clean, spacious with updated appliances and fixtures. I am always recommending Oak Brook Commons.

My wife and I just recently moved from Oak Brook Commons, where we spent the last nine years living there part time. We winter 7-8 months in Florida. In those nine years, I have never felt unwelcomed, but always pampered. The owner, office staff and maintenance and ground personnel are top rate. They are great people. No call for help went unattended and was answered immediately. I would recommend this complex to anyone unequivocally. You should expect the same wonderful experience my wife and I had. If you do not, you should look within.
